Our latest addition to Fleming Industrial Park is a new 18,000 sqft. structure. The new building consists of three separate units, each with their own office and warehouse spaces. As with all our warehouses, our new building also provides 3-phase 550V and 100 AMP electrical service per unit, fiber speed internet, as well as free water and sewage services. Each unit is equipped with two truck-level loading docks and one ground-level access through a 12’ wide overhead door. The new building offers one unit with approximately 4,100 sqft. of warehouse space and 1,300 sqft. of office space, as well as two units each with approximately 5,000 sqft. of warehouse space and 1,300 sqft. of office space. From this location, tenants have quick, easy access to Hwy 115, excellent visual exposure from North Monaghan Parkway (Sir Sandford Fleming Driveway), plenty of parking out front, and a generous loading area for trucks at the back of the building.
